Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales taxes (GST, QST or HST) are extra and are calculated based on the shipping province. The exact total — items, shipping and each tax on its own line — is shown to you before you accept the order, and you will never pay more than that total.
Ordering and payment
Before you accept, you see a full summary of your order and can correct it or decline it. The contract is formed when you accept the order at the review step and your payment is approved. Payment is by card, in Moneris's secure payment window. We then email you a confirmation you can keep and print.
Availability
Our quantities are limited. If a paid item cannot be delivered to you, we will tell you promptly and refund the corresponding amount.

Your legal warranties
The warranties provided by Québec's Consumer Protection Act apply to your purchases and cannot be excluded. To learn more about your rights, see the Office de la protection du consommateur: www.opc.gouv.qc.ca.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, or your right to go to the courts of Québec.
